We are currently aware of issues on in the Wivenhoe area. This is due to power issues at one of the network distribution cabinets. Engineers are currently working on this and we keep you updated on the progress.

Update - 09:11 - The network operator has confirmed that engineers should be onsite approx 12pm. We will update this notice upon the next update.

Update - 13:32 - All services have been restored following an on-site visit. We will be monitoring the service over the next 24 hours to ensure it stays stable. If you are still having problems please try restarting the TP-Link router and SDD (White Lila Box on the wall)
